8 Kittens Fixed Thanks to Grant Support 🐾
This week, Homeward Bound is getting eight stray kittens spayed and neutered thanks to the Northeast Kansas Animal Welfare grant! That’s eight little lives made healthier and a big step forward in preventing more litters of stray kittens in our community.
Take advantage of the local TNR Clinics!
We’re also excited to share that we have a little funding left over to help community members take advantage of the upcoming TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) Clinic being hosted by our local veterinary partners from August 18–29.
Locations:
Nemaha Central Veterinary Clinic – 1205 Branch St., Seneca, KS
Bern-Sabetha Veterinary Clinic – 11 E. Main St., Sabetha, KS
Pricing:
$80 – Female cat spay + rabies vaccination
$50 – Male cat neuter + rabies vaccination
Cats must be brought in live traps, and this event is specifically for outdoor feral cats (not owned or pet cats).
To reserve a spot, call the number listed for your preferred clinic on the flyer!
We’re grateful to our community and our local vets for making this possible. Together, we’re reducing the stray cat population and giving Nemaha County’s cats a healthier future. 💜
